Why do I have two balances in my player account

Why do I have two balances in my player account

Your cash balance and your bonus balance

Your casino account balance is divided into a 'cash' balance and a 'bonus' balance. When your account is credited with promotional bonus credits, these credits will be added to your bonus balance. The bonus balance is the amount that you received at the casino. This amount will gradually be moved over to your cash balance once the wagering requirement shave been met. For example, if you deposit 100 credits and you qualify for and receive a bonus of 100 credits, your balance will be 200 credits. Your balance will be split: 50% in your cash balance and 50% in your bonus balance. The cash balance is pure cash that can be withdrawn from the casino at any time and whenever you want. While your game play in order to meet your WR, the money wagered on games will equate to half from your cash balance and half from your bonus balance. Should you place a bet of 10 credits, 5 credits will be used from your cash balance and 5 credits from your bonus balance. Any winnings accrued will be allocated in the same manner (50% of you winnings will be allocated to your cash balance and the other 50% will be allocated to your bonus balance). When you make a wager, it will be deducted from your cash balance first. If there is no cash balance available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus balance.

It's all about the wagering requirements (WR)

Bonus money credited to your bonus balance are subject to wagering requirements before you can withdraw any of your wins. In general these WR are subject to 40x. For example, if you receive a bonus of $/€10, you will need to bet this amount 30 times until you reach $300. Once you have met the wagering requirements, all subsequent deposits will be added to your cash balance. If, prior to meeting the full wagering requirements, your will remark that your bonus balance drops below €1 or currency equivalent until you met the wagering requirements.
The rule is always that different types of games will contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirement. The contributing percentages could be (as an example) as follows:
• Most slots and parlour games (Keno and scratch card games): 100% contribution;
Table poker games: 20% contribution;
• Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker, Sic Bo, roulette games, Video poker games, craps, baccarat, blackjack games: 10% contibution;
All bets and wins are deducted from or added to your balance, in proportion to the split of your cash and bonus balances at the time. Once this has happened, the Bonus Balance is moved into your Cash Balance, and you can then withdraw any winnings obtained from the bonus. The Cash Balance is money that can be withdrawn at any time, while the Bonus Balance contains all bonuses received from the casino.

I do not want a bonus

If you do not want a promotion bonus that has been deposited into your bonus balance by the casino, you may request to have that promotion bonus removed from your bonus balance. Such a request can be made by email or telephone. If any wagering of a promotion bonus has taken place, then that promotion bonus may not be removed from your account until the wagering requirements associated with that promotion bonus have been met.

Just one balance

Not all casinos make it so complicated! They keep things simple and have just one balance. In other words: there isn't a separate balance for all of the different contribution of the games. So, you don't have to transfer anything from once balance to another because your casino balance includes your main cash balance and bonuses. Of course, your balance may include some bonuses that you are unable to withdraw until you have met the wagering requirements in order to release your wins.
